Loan Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide Seamless customer service to clients inquiring about their loan application and status.
• Answer queries pertaining to loan documents needed.
• Provide an estimated amount they can avail based on their monthly income.

NOTE: Loan Specialist will not be the one to approve the loan application. The approval comes from the pre-underwriting team.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills..
• Fluent in English 
• Availability to work shifts within the call center's hours of operation:Night and Overnight shift
