We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Alabang. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be in charge of processing employee payroll and final pay accurately and on time, as well as working closely with finance and other departments to ensure payroll compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process employee payroll and final pay accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, salary changes, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle payroll discrepancies, adjustments, and corrections.
  • Work closely with finance and other departments to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Manage government remittances and loans.
  • Ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations.
  • Coordinate open enrollment and provide educational resources about benefit options.
  • To process government remittances and loans.
  • To provide support to HR Business Partner regarding employee status and updates.
  • Prepares various reports as required but not limited to status and accomplishment reports.
  • Perform all other duties and task assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a related role.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
