JOB FUNCTIONS:

Principal Functions & Responsibilities

• Evaluates pre-employment medical exam results of newly hired personnel.
• Responsible in alleviating the basic health issues of employees including but not limited to checking of vital signs and administering appropriate medicine/s.
• Does first aid treatment of minor accidents within the company premises.
• In-charge in the custody and replenishment of first aid kit.
• Validates the sick leave application and disputes.
• Assess employee’s health condition upon return to work from sick leave.
• Acts as safety officer in implementing health and safety procedures.
• Coordinates with the HMO provider in processing HMO coverages (principal & dependents), inquiries and requirements submission.
• Creates programs and strategies to improve the health of employees.
• Manages the office clinic, medical records, supplies, instruments, equipment and sanitation of the clinic.
• Perform services for ServiceFirst and its affiliates and its subsidiaries.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of BS Nursing.
• Preferably BOSH certified.
• Highly organized and meticulous attention to details.
• Commendable problem-solving skills and with high sense of urgency.
• Resilient, flexible and has an impressive work ethics and level of professionalism.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft programs-Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
