EVA Terms of Use

ADB does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or timeliness of the content created (the “Output”) by the EVA/DevGenie platform (the “Services”). ADB does not endorse the Output, or the manner or purpose of their use, by the User. The use of the Output shall exclude ADB’s logo.

ADB reserves its ownership of the Output. You (the “User”) do not obtain any ownership rights in respect of the Output or any of the original source materials. ADB's ownership of the Output does not extend to any underlying technologies, algorithms, or training data owned by third parties.

ADB grants the User a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use (i.e. reproduce, transmit, display, store, translate and create derivative works from) the Output for non-commercial purposes. The User agrees to use the Output in compliance with all applicable third-party terms and restrictions including in relation to the underlying training models, training data, and the original source materials cited. Any use of the Output is subject to the same or stricter license terms as applicable to the original sources quoted in the Output. Publication and distribution of Output or derivative work thereof in any way requires express written authorization by ADB in advance.

ADB may use the Output and other usage data, including to maintain and improve the Services and to prevent generation of content or use thereof that poses risks of harm to ADB or third parties.

ADB will handle user data in accordance with ADB's policies and procedures on the handling of personal data. The name and email address of the user may be used and stored by ADB to provide access to the Services.

ADB may modify, suspend or terminate the Services, including any User’s access to the DevGenie/EVA platform, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

ADB shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Output. The User agrees to hold ADB harmless from any claims or liabilities resulting from the User’s use of the Output.

These Terms of Use are without prejudice to the privileges and immunities of ADB and its personnel.
